Events That Showcase Campbell River’s Arts and Culture

When travelling to Campbell River this summer, make sure to check out the events calendar for CR Live Streets. This downtown Campbell River events series features arts and cultural events that take place on Wednesday evenings in July and August. One focus is lively music performances that encourage spectators to dance and enjoy the community atmosphere. Themed nights in 2025 include Rockin’ River Country Night, Swing Night, Latin Night, and a collaborative pop-up art night. If you need a little practice before the big night, free dance classes take place in July and August on other days of the week in Spirit Square.

Spirit Square also hosts additional live music performances throughout the summer, including River Concerts on Friday nights, and the vibrant Campbell River Farmers Market every Sunday from 10am to 2pm.
